Terms and Conditions - Dental Clinic

1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between the
Hollerich Healthcare Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") and any person wishing to benefit from
its services (hereinafter referred to as "the Patient"). They define the conditions under which care is provided,
payment, appointment cancellation and data protection.
Acceptance of an appointment or treatment at the Center implies acceptance of the following conditions
to these terms and conditions.

2. Services and rates

The Center offers a wide range of dental treatments, including orthodontics and pedodontics,
implantology, periodontics, oral surgery and dentures.
Fees for medical and dental procedures are available on request from the reception desk.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

4. Payment terms and Immediate Direct Payment (IDP)

  • Hollerich Healthcare Center offers Direct Immediate Payment
  • (PID), a system enabling the Patient to pay only the part not covered by the CNS and/or his complementary mutual insurance company at the time of treatment.

6. Protection of Personal Data (RGPD)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Centre
is committed to protecting patients' personal data.

billing.

● The Patient has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her personal data.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it amicably. Failing this, any
