Terms and Conditions - Dental Clinic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose and Scope<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the relationship between the
Hollerich Healthcare Center (hereinafter referred to as \"the Center\") and any person wishing to benefit from
its services (hereinafter referred to as \"the Patient\"). They define the conditions under which care is provided,
payment, appointment cancellation and data protection.
Acceptance of an appointment or treatment at the Center implies acceptance of the following conditions
to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Services and rates<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Center offers a wide range of dental treatments, including orthodontics and pedodontics,
implantology, periodontics, oral surgery and dentures.
Fees for medical and dental procedures are available on request from the reception desk.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Appointments can be made by telephone, online via Doctena or directly at the Center reception desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If you are unable to attend, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any appointment not cancelled within this time limit may give rise to the invoicing of absence fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. <\/strong>Payment terms and Immediate Direct Payment (IDP)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Hollerich Healthcare Center offers Direct Immediate Payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (PID), a system enabling the Patient to pay only the part not covered by the CNS and\/or his complementary mutual insurance company at the time of treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • This system simplifies the management of reimbursements and avoids the need for the patient to pay the full medical costs in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • To benefit from the PID, the Patient must present a valid CNS card and, where applicable, the documents required for reimbursement by his or her mutual insurance company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Patients are informed of the benefits, risks and possible alternatives prior to any treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The Center cannot be held responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with post-treatment recommendations or insufficient follow-up by the Patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          6. Protection of Personal Data (RGPD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Centre
          is committed to protecting patients' personal data.
          \u25cf The information collected is used solely for the management of the care and
          billing.
          \u25cf Data will not be transferred or sold to third parties.
          \u25cf The Patient has the right to access, rectify and delete his or her personal data.

          7. Disputes and Applicable Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it amicably. Failing this, any
          claims may be brought before the competent courts of Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
